Prestige Packaging offers a very diverse range of packaging products all printed and finished at the Devon based factory. These bespoke products are custom designed to our customer's requirements.

With a team that has decades of experience within our industry we are able to offer a full service from creative packaging design to final product delivery. This service combined with our experience gives our customers the confidence that their products will be delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

We will often be presented with products ranging from pots, bottles, jars, tubes & trays from which we will design and create a carton to package giving them retail appeal. We can also then produce a fully finished digitally printed sample prior to the production run. This attention to detail gives our customers the confidence that the product suits their market needs prior to a full order commitment.

High level quality control throughout the manufacturing process adds to this confidence combined with the commitment of our customer service team.

FOLDING CARTONS & WALLETS

A design and sampling service is available to ensure products are packaged correctly and cutter guides will be created for artwork.

All methods of construction are offered including Tuck In, Envelope and Crash Lock bases, very short runs can be printed digitally with production volumes using Full Colour Litho printing. These can then be combined with Foil Blocking and Embossing to enhance the finish, we also offer wallet style cartons for slim products including CD/DVD's and cosmetic products. Braille, anti-counterfeiting and tamper evidence devices can also be added to any product.

GREETING CARDS

High quality short to medium run cards either square cut or shaped. Foil blocking, embossing and spot varnishes can be used to enhance the cards all of which are score or crease folded to give a top quality finish.

Very short digital runs can be undertaken for market testing / exhibitions. A design service is available for personalised cards and packing facilities can be offered if required.

MINIATURE FOLDED LEAFLETS & BOOKLETS

These products can convey a huge amount of information where little room is available on the product or outer packaging. Most are commonly used for multi language packs, ingredients, usage instructions and to show full product ranges.

Multiple folds can be done in both directions down to very small finished leaflets or booklets for specialised markets or applications with full in-house facilities available for up to 12 folds.

BLISTER CARDS

Cards are printed full colour both sides with a heat seal varnish, then generally cut to shape with Euro hanging slots. Used in conjunction with a clear plastic 'shell' the products can be encased and displayed on hanging hooks in-store.

INLAY CARDS

Generally used as backing cards for products within clear acetate cartons, these can be printed on one or both sides to convey product information and barcodes.

SWING TICKETS

Used mainly on food and toiletry gifts to enhance shelf image and carry product information these tickets can be single or multi page. Cut to shape or square cut they can be foil blocked or embossed and are usually drilled and supplied strung with a variety of cottons or elastics.

MARKETING / PROMOTIONAL PRINT

We produce many different types of direct marketing material, in-store and point of sale together with brochures, company folders and promotional literature. These are often enhanced with combinations of cut-outs, foil blocking, embossing, laminating and varnish finishes. Many unique types of promotional material have been produced in our factory and we are happy to advise on ideas to suit your individual requirements.
